• All products are handcrafted in small batches; slight variations in color, scent, and appearance are normal.
• Please follow all candle safety instructions before use.
• Reed diffusers and fragrance oils are for external/home fragrance use only and should be kept away from children and pets.
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
